Ambassador Nishimaki’s presentation of the letter of credence（28 July 2022）

On 28 July 2022, Ambassador Nishimaki presented his letter of credence to H.E. Dr. Hage G. Geingob, President of the Republic of Namibia, at the State House. On this occasion, Ambassador Nishimaki was officially accredited by the Namibian Government as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to Namibia.
During the meeting with H.E. Dr. Geingob after the ceremony, a wide range of views were exchanged in an amicable atmosphere on good bilateral relations, including Japan's support to Namibia dating back to before its independence in 1990 and the 8th Tokyo International Conference on African Development (TICAD) in Tunisia scheduled for August this year.
